Dallas loses to Atlanta in bid to land College Football Hall of Fame (Dallas Morning News)


Dallas Mayor Tom Leppert confirmed late Tuesday that Dallas has lost out to Atlanta in its bid to lure the College Football Hall of Fame from South Bend, Ind.
