Former Marshall wide receiver Troy Brown, who went on to a long career with the New England Patriots, has been elected to the College Football Hall of Fame. A return specialist for Marshall in the early 90s, Brown is to be inducted in July in South Bend, Ind. He was a member of Marshall's 1992 Division I-AA championship team.
